These terms and conditions ("Agreement") apply to every player who uses the i789 platform and its services. By continuing to use the platform, you are considered to have accepted all provisions of this Agreement. Please read these terms carefully.

1.1 Service Description

i789 provides online casino games, slots, sports games including football, and lottery services for players in Myanmar. All games on the platform operate under a fair play system and are protected with SSL encryption.

1.2 Changes to the Agreement

i789 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Once changes are published on the platform, continued use by players is considered acceptance of the updated terms. Players are responsible for checking this page regularly.

2.1 Age Restriction

Players must be 21+ to use i789 services. If an underage account is found, it will be closed immediately and i789 reserves the right to forfeit any funds in that account.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each player may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found to be fraudulently claiming bonuses and promotions, all such accounts will be closed immediately and all transactions cancelled.

2.3 Account Security

Players must keep their username and password confidential. If you notice that a third party has accessed your account without permission, contact i789 customer support immediately. i789 is not responsible for any financial losses that occur before such a report is made.

2.4 Accurate Information

When creating an account, players must provide accurate personal information that belongs to them. i789 reserves the right to block withdrawals from any account opened with false information.

3.1 Deposit Methods

You can deposit at i789 via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and Bank Transfer. The minimum deposit amount for any method is 3,000 Ks.

3.2 Withdrawal Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. Withdrawal requests are processed within 5–30 minutes. Withdrawals will only be sent back to the same payment method used for the deposit.

3.3 Identity Verification

For a first withdrawal or when the amount exceeds a set threshold, i789 may request a copy of the player's national ID or relevant documents as proof of identity. i789 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New players at i789 can receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to 100,000 Ks. For example — deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving a balance of 40,000 Ks; you must wager 200,000 Ks (bonus amount × 10) before withdrawing. Deposit 220,000 Ks and receive a 100,000 Ks bonus, giving a balance of 320,000 Ks; the wagering requirement is 1,000,000 Ks.

4.2 Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
• Each bonus can only be claimed once per player.
• Bonuses cannot be combined with other bonuses.
• If i789 finds that a bonus has been claimed fraudulently, the bonus and any related winnings may be forfeited.
• The specific terms for each promotion bonus are as stated in the conditions displayed on that bonus.

4.3 VIP Program

i789's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Bronze members can receive up to 0.2% weekly cashback, Silver up to 0.4%, Gold up to 0.6%, and Platinum up to 0.8%. A player's tier may go up or down based on their play history and activity.

5.1 Prohibited Actions

• Opening more than one account to claim bonuses fraudulently.
• Using third-party software or bots while playing.
• Using an account for money laundering purposes.
• Exploiting software glitches with other players to gain funds unfairly.
• Threatening i789 staff or other players, or using abusive language.

5.2 If a Violation Is Found

If any of the above prohibitions are found to have been violated, i789 reserves the right to close the player's account, forfeit bonuses and winnings, and withhold funds. Players will be given 7 days to appeal such a decision, and i789's final decision will be binding.

6.1 Technical Issues

Network disconnections, server errors, or loss of bet amounts may occur during play. If this happens, i789 will review the records and attempt to resolve the issue — players must contact customer support.

6.2 Platform Maintenance

i789 reserves the right to temporarily suspend services during maintenance periods. We will try to issue advance notice where possible and will not be responsible for any financial losses during that period.

i789 takes its social responsibility to protect players seriously. Gaming should be an enjoyable activity — it should not be seen as a way to solve financial problems.

• Only play with amounts you can afford to lose — you must still be able to maintain a stable life.
• You can use i789's Responsible Gaming tools to set session time limits and deposit limits.
• If you feel you cannot control your gambling, you can contact customer service to temporarily close your account on your own decision.

Personal data provided by players is stored and protected in accordance with i789's Privacy Policy. Players' financial transactions are secured with SSL encryption and are not shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

i789 is not responsible for a player's financial losses, errors in judgment on the player's part, or losses arising from circumstances the player cannot demonstrate. i789's services are provided "as-is" and players are responsible for their own gaming decisions.
